Well, let’s start with Angelina’s mother’s side.
Her mother: Marcheline Bertrand - born in Riverdale, Illinois on the 9th of May 1950, died in Los Angeles, California on the 27th of January in 2007
Marcheline’s mother: Lois June Gouwens (Angelina Jolie’s maternal grandmother) is listed to have been born in Cook Co., Illinois on the 14th of Feb. 1928. She died in Beverly Hills, California on November 11th 1973
Marcheline’s father: Rolland F. Bertrand (Angelina Jolie’s maternal grandfather) is listed to have been born in Illinois on the 11th of June in 1923 and died on the 8th of April in 1985.
Rolland F Bertrand was the son of George Bertrand.
George Bertrand, Angelina Jolie’s maternal great grandfather is listed as being born in Goodrich Illinois on the 9th of April 1889 and died in Riverdale, Illinois in September of 1962
George Bertrand’s wife, Angeline, Angelina Jolie’s maternal great grandmother, is listed as being born Angeline Leduc in Canada on the 4th of December in 1895 and died in Riverdale Illinois in September of 1981.
George Bertrand and his wife Angeline Bertrand had 4 other children aside from Angelina’s grandfather Rolland (Rollin) Bertrand. These children, (Angelina Jolie’s great aunts and great uncles) were: Lillian Bertrand, Stella Bertrand, Elmer Bertrand and Paul Bertrand all born in Chicago Illinois.

The 1930 US Census records lists a 1 year old named Lois living in the household of 92 year old Arie T Gouwens from Holland and his 81 year old wife Jennie also from Holland. Arie T Gouwens would be the the father of Roel Gouwens. Jennie, also listed as Jannige Van Vuren is presumed to be the mother of Roel Gouwens.
